Distrct Arts is a great location to host your event! Our spacious studio is perfect rehearsal space for your dance, music, or theater group, as well as being the perfect venue for birthday parties. Our studios may be rented individually, or you may reserve the entire facility! Rental Rates Per Room:

     $55 per hour

     $50 cleaning fee will be assessed for every rental
